Greg Gray, Headteacher (Winton)

A member of the Winton community since 2014, Greg has served as SENCo, Assistant Head, and Deputy Head before stepping into the role of Headteacher. With a Masters in both Psychology and Policy and having completed the NPQH, Greg’s leadership is defined by research-informed practice and a deep commitment to inclusion. As Head of our one-form entry school within the Learning Quarter Partnership Schools (LQPS), he works strategically to ensure our curriculum and school culture empower both staff and pupils. Greg is a strong advocate for schools as community anchors, believing that trust and professional agency are the foundations of excellent outcomes for every child.
Sarah Gill, Headteacher (Hugh Myddelton)

Sarah has been a cornerstone of our school community since 2008, bringing a unique perspective as someone who grew up and attended school locally. With a BSc in Education and a background in Childhood Studies, her career began with a deep passion for the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS). Over the years, she has served as Assistant and Deputy Headteacher, leading core subjects from English and Maths to Science and DT. A recognized leader, Sarah was named Islington’s Senior Leader of the Year in 2019 and is currently completing her NPQEL. Her leadership is defined by a commitment to high standards and a lifelong dedication to the community she calls home. She leads Hugh Myddelton with a firm passion for her community and works strategically in the LQPS for better outcomes for all.
